Holiday Deadlines

It's that time of year again! To make sure your packages arrive before December 25th, here's when we recommend you to purchase by:

• USA: Order by December 15th.
• International: Order by November 1st
• Shipping from Hawaii, Alaska, or a Military address? Check out all the deadlines here.

Keep in mind these are delivery estimates from our courier, not guarantees... and especially with the extra package volumes due to the pandemic, we strongly recommend shipping your packages as far before these deadlines as possible to give our shipping courier plenty of time to get your bounty where it needs to be! Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally and worldwide. Please check our List of International Countries for Shipping page for more information

Shipping & handling times:

• Orders in the US take 2-3 business days to be delivered to you through USPS or UPS
• International orders take 2-3+ weeks to be delivered depending on your country
• It takes 2-3 weeks on average for the diorama to be created and shipped
• To reiterate, shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors such as holidays

Notes About International Orders:

Typically, international orders are received by the country's local post office. Once the package is delivered to your country, they will take over and have the package delivered to you. At certain times, they will send you a written letter notifying you that the package has been received at customs and might be ready for pick up and such.

In addition, some countries will also create a new "local" tracking number. Nevertheless, you can still use our tracking code as reference with your local post office for tracking updates.

Especial Note: Each cube is cleaned and shined before shipping

Sales are final. However, your 101% satisfaction is important to us. So we offer a 48 hrs (from the day the item is received) Return & Exchange Policy if (and ONLY IF):

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer a full refund for the cost of the diorama
• To be eligible for a return, goods must unscratched and accompanied by proof of purchase
• For returns, please email support@gamernostalgia.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Also, we strongly recommended you to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situation

• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items, unless it has been reported as "damaged" by our courier
• When returned item is received and inspected, you'll receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after

I need to change or cancel my order. How do I do this?

We ship items out very soon after received orders! So, if you need to change something regarding your order please email us at soon as possible:

     1. Email our support team at support@gamernostalgia.com

     2. Write the subject as "Order Changes" or "Order Cancellation"

     3. Include your order number

     4. Include the desired changes, if applicable

Note: If we have already shipped out your product, you can always return it upon receiving. However, please be aware that you'll be responsible for shipping costs. Other than that, feel free to add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store! Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-2 business days after receiving order confirmation

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Please be advised that some countries might charge taxes at customs depending on your country's taxes laws & regulations. PLEASE check with your country's regulations before making a purchase. We do not benefit from that--it's totally beyond our control.
